• #8748 ed55775 - Skip the Rsbuild import-protection loader and its plugins when import protection is disabled, so modules no longer pass through the loader.

• #8750 63a886d - Skip the server function resolver rebuild in Rsbuild dev when the resolver has not changed, so most edits no longer rebuild the whole server chunk graph.

• #8758 d9b07e8 - Stop resolving top-level calls such as z.object() whose receiver is not a namespace import. They can never be a createServerOnlyFn or createClientOnlyFn call, and resolving them made the dev compiler load and parse the receiver's module (all of zod, for example).
