Titles coming from the /playlist endpoint always return in english

Describe the bug

If i call a korean video with /streams like
https://pipedapi.kavin.rocks/streams/SAnw9wMx4yQ/

The title is correctly shown in english

If i call the playlist this video is in
https://pipedapi.kavin.rocks/playlists/PL98dl1M6shCFwHRENUpeyIrBw_jEh3TU7
Every title is in english.

I don't think this is a limitation of youtube as yt-dlp can show the correct playlist titles if extractor-args are used
