TechSavvy Arena v2.6.0 — Bigger Arenas
TechSavvy Arena v2.6.0 — Bigger arenas, better supplies
- Six larger signature combat halls, each with two staircase routes and connected upper galleries.
- More machinery, cargo, containment equipment and other licensed industrial scenery across the six facilities.
- Ammo cases and single-use AMMO crates collect when you approach or press Interact. Repeatable supply stations recharge after 30 seconds.
- Optional supply caches refill ammo and add 10% of the upgraded reserve target. Every tenth eligible enemy ammo drop is a grenade; health, salvage and station supplies are separate.
- Collected reserve ammo and grenades remain uncapped. The thirty-encounter campaign, twenty-four characters, stacking upgrades, local music and offline named face profiles remain included.
Play
Windows 10/11, 64-bit, compatible Vulkan graphics hardware. Extract the entire folder, then run TechSavvyArena.exe. Keep the PCK and FacePersonalizer folder alongside it. No account or internet connection is required to play.
PS4 controllers use your existing DS4Windows virtual Xbox 360/XInput setup. Drivers and DS4Windows are not bundled. This is a Windows game, not a PlayStation console build.
Updating
Extract into a new folder. v2.6 retains the same local checkpoint, settings and named face-library identity as v2.4/v2.5; old checkpoint locations are safely relocated when a room layout changed, while encounter progress and inventory are retained. Back up local data before switching versions. v2.2 and earlier use separate storage and are not silently imported. Personal photos and saves are not included in this public package.
Verification and limits
The packaged build was checked for six-map combat, stairs and enemy pursuit, pickup interactions, checkpoint compatibility and distribution hashes. Performance varies with hardware, settings and combat load; this is not a locked-60-FPS promise. Automated tests are not a complete physical-controller or human playthrough. The executable is unsigned: verify the source/checksum and scan the download; do not disable security protections.

TechSavvy Arena v2.5.0
TechSavvy Arena v2.5.0 — the played v2.4 full-roster game, with a busier journey
and simpler settings.
- Mixed pursuing pairs along eligible routes; longer journeys gain staggered
groups, with finite budgets and the existing fourteen-enemy live limit. - Required power/security switches start their room's fight immediately, with
no second activation dot. Earlier completed-switch checkpoints remain usable. - Five settings sections: Audio, Controls, Gameplay & Comfort, Graphics & Display,
and How to Play. Back/Escape/Circle returns through the settings hub. - Featuring Kyle Hearn; company credits updated to TechSavvy Consulting LLC.
- All twenty-four v2.4 character identities, six maps, thirty encounters, five
weapons, uncapped upgrades and collected ammo/grenades remain. - Local face personalization and six offline music stations. No account,
subscription or streaming service required.
Download the ZIP, Extract All, and run TechSavvyArena.exe inside the complete
folder. Keep FacePersonalizer beside the executable. Windows64 only; PS4 pads
work through an existing DS4Windows virtual Xbox/XInput configuration.
This version keeps the v2.4 local data identity TechSavvyArenaRosterUpgrade-20261021
to preserve its checkpoint, preferences and saved people. Older v2.2 Campaign2
progress is separate. Never delete your local save folder to update.
Private saves, imported photos and personal profiles are not included.
All six maps passed short automated moving-combat checks on the development
laptop. This is not a claim of a complete human/physical-controller playthrough
or a guaranteed frame rate on other computers. Character models are articulated
game assets, not scanned or generated-poster-equivalent photorealism.

TechSavvy Arena v2.4.0
Historical full-roster release: the v2.4.0 build played locally before v2.5.
- Six connected facilities, thirty encounters and twenty-four character identities.
- Optional travel packs, compact steady compass and uncapped collected ammo/grenades.
- Offline local face personalization, controllers and six music stations.
Extract the entire folder and run TechSavvyArena.exe. Keep FacePersonalizer beside
the executable. No account or subscription required. This package uses local data
identity TechSavvyArenaRosterUpgrade-20261021; older v2.2 Campaign2 data stays separate.
No private player saves, photos or face profiles are included. Read the bundled
FULL-ROSTER.md, QA-FULL-ROSTER.md and licenses for verification/fidelity boundaries.
ZIP: 1,281,133,691 bytes. SHA256 is in SHA256SUMS.txt. All 426 ZIP files were

TechSavvy Arena v2.2.0 - Distinct Worlds
TechSavvy Arena v2.2.0 - Distinct Worlds
Six connected facilities. Thirty encounters. One very familiar face.
What's new
- Rebuilt multi-room, multi-floor locations: foundry machinery and gantries, transit platforms and dispatch rooms, glass laboratories, flooded research and upper archives, open Sky Docks, and reactor galleries.
- A top-center compass follows the next walkable route corner, alongside written mission hints and upstairs/downstairs cues.
- Physical levers, breakers, valves and security controls show objective completion through movement and nearby power, water or door changes.
- Redesigned Wardens, Carriers and champions have more distinct silhouettes and telegraphed attacks.
- R3/right-stick click performs melee. Shift holds sprint by default, with an optional keyboard toggle; L3 retains toggle sprint.
- Enemy/projectile reuse, staggered cosmetic animation, cleaner settings-slider saves, and combat/death/checkpoint regression fixes.
The five guns, eight uncapped upgrade benefits, difficulty choices, eighteen offline tracks and local face-profile library remain available.
Start playing
- Download TechSavvy-Arena-v2.2.0.zip.
- Extract the entire folder into a new location. Do not run the executable from inside the ZIP.
- Run TechSavvyArena.exe. Keep its PCK and FacePersonalizer folder beside it.
Windows 10/11, 64-bit. Single-player and offline; no account required. Keyboard/mouse and controller input are supported, including the existing DS4Windows virtual Xbox path for PS4 controllers. R3 was verified through simulated InputMap input; this release is not a new physical-controller/reconnect certification.
Updating and privacy
Keep your previous game folder and back up progress before switching versions. v2.0/v2.1 campaign progress remains supported; obsolete map positions relocate to safe v2.2 anchors while retaining progression and upgrades. v1.x and earlier use separate local storage and are not automatically imported. Separate installation folders do not necessarily provide separate save slots.
Face personalization stays local. Public examples use Kyle; private player/family photos and saved profiles are not included in the download.
Performance and remaining limits
On the RTX 4060 Laptop test machine at 1080p/Balanced, six moving guardian-room samples with fourteen live enemies averaged 40-49 FPS. Artificial same-frame spawning/grenade stress averaged 25-32 FPS, with substantial brief hitches. This is not a locked-60-FPS release, a full-campaign benchmark, a controlled before/after speedup, or a universal hardware guarantee.
Some large boss bodies remain dark, and tall faces can overlap the top HUD at close range. Graphics are actual stylized game models, not illustration-identical photorealism. The executable is unsigned; do not disable Windows security to play.
The exact packaged campaign, isolated-disk Continue, all 24 creature forms, six shipped lightmaps, offline photo tool and final ZIP membership/hashes passed automated release checks. Screenshots on the website distinguish staged real-engine scenes from studio-lit native-model portraits.
ZIP: 890,155,812 bytes. Verify it with the attached SHA256SUMS.txt. Earlier public releases remain available.
TechSavvy Arena v2.1.0 — Performance & Polish
TechSavvy Arena v2.1.0 — Performance & Polish
The newest full Windows game: six connected, multi-room facilities, thirty encounters, large guardians, five weapons and eight uncapped upgrade benefits.
In this version
- Explore branching routes, upper floors, power/security objectives and shortcuts.
- Fight the enlarged Kyle roster, including bigger runners and rollers.
- Listen offline to six radio stations and eighteen included tracks.
- Keep multiple named face profiles locally; optionally supply Happy, Focused and Angry photos.
- Checkpoint improvements preserve arrival/objective progress, facing direction and run difficulty.
- More consistent sprint controls, keyboard/controller hints, cover-aware melee and Pulse, near-wall weapon visibility and less repetitive empty-ammo messages.
- Cached animation work, reused hit/tracer effects, bounded supply visuals and fewer settings-file writes.
Download and play
- Download
TechSavvy-Arena-v2.1.0.zipbelow. - Choose Extract All and keep the entire extracted folder together.
- Run TechSavvyArena.exe.
Windows 10/11 64-bit, compatible Vulkan graphics hardware and drivers. The ZIP is 886,404,014 bytes (886 MB); the extracted files use about 1.56 GB. Allow additional space for extraction and local saves. No account or installer is required; gameplay and included music work offline.
Use keyboard/mouse or a working PS4 controller setup through DS4Windows virtual Xbox 360/XInput. DS4Windows and drivers are not bundled. This is a Windows game, not a PlayStation-console build.
Upgrading and older versions
Extract this version into its own folder instead of overwriting another release. The current campaign uses its own local save/settings/profile location. Earlier v0.x/v1.x progress and private face galleries are not silently imported; your original game data remains separate. v2.0.0 campaign data is shared with v2.1.0, so back it up before switching between those versions.
This public download contains the default Kyle cast, not anyone's private face profiles or saved progress.
Known limitations
This is an independently developed, unsigned game. Windows may show a reputation warning. Verify the download source and SHA-256 checksum, and scan it normally; do not disable Windows security.
The 60 FPS target has not yet been reached. Final 1080p Balanced tests on an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU averaged about 36–49 FPS in a crowded, fourteen-enemy pursuit fixture. An artificial repeated-death/respawn combat stress fixture averaged about 24–31 FPS with brief hitches. These are specific test workloads, not a minimum-spec guarantee. Very close enemies and hazard labels can obscure part of the view.
Automated package, progression, navigation, checkpoint and rendering checks passed. This release has not received a new complete human campaign playthrough or physical PS4/reconnect test.
Third-party licenses and music/asset notices are included in the download. The previous releases remain available separately.
TechSavvy Arena — Historical builds
TechSavvy Arena — Build history
Preserved Windows portable builds showing the game's development. For the recommended current game, use v2.1.0.
Download the ZIP for the version you want, Extract All, and run TechSavvyArena.exe inside its folder. Keep every release in its own installation folder; do not overwrite another game. Save formats and features vary, and several editions share save storage even when installed in separate folders. Back up your progress before switching; do not assume a newer save is safe to open in an older game.
Archive status
These are unchanged historical packages, with their original licenses/notices. Archive integrity and distribution contents were checked before this upload. They were not newly playtested and may contain old bugs, lower-quality graphics, incomplete features or worse performance.
- Realism preview and Reactor Expedition preview are short experimental previews, not the complete campaign.
- v0.6.1 was an unshipped experiment, included for history rather than recommended play.
- Versions not shown were not recovered as portable release packages; source snapshots are not offered as game downloads.
- The executables are unsigned. Verify the SHA-256 checksum and scan downloads normally; do not disable security protections.
- No player saves or private custom-face profiles are included.

TechSavvy Arena v0.13.2 — Your face. Their problem.
TechSavvy Arena v0.13.2 — Your face. Their problem.
Keep the Kyles, or personalize the enemy cast with a face you have permission to use.
- Happy JPG/PNG required; optional separate Focused and Angry photos.
- Preview all three fitted heads before Apply. Natural proportions and photographed teeth are preserved; one-photo fallback remains an approximation and may retain the smile.
- New Saved people gallery: named portraits, Add person, click to select, and individual confirmed deletion. Adding someone keeps everyone else.
- Save name fixes the disappearing profile name. Names and selection survive reopening and restarting.
- All photo processing and saved profiles stay on the game PC. No account or online photo service. Original photos are not deleted or bundled.
- Shared campaign/settings, not separate player accounts. Existing single-face profiles load into the gallery automatically. Up to 64 local people.
- Includes the full six-arena, thirty-wave campaign, five weapons, unlimited upgrade ranks, selectable difficulty/music, physical grenade and medical/ammo pickups, and the recent collision/death-effect improvements.
Start playing
Download the Windows ZIP below. Extract the entire folder, then run TechSavvyArena.exe. Keep the matching .pck and the whole FacePersonalizer folder together. No installer, Python installation, account or internet connection is required for play or face processing.
Windows 10/11 64-bit with Vulkan-compatible graphics. PS4 controller through an existing DS4Windows/XInput setup, or keyboard/mouse. The executable is unsigned: verify the checksum/source and scan normally; do not disable security protections.
Close older copies before launching the new version. Campaign/settings remain local and compatible; make a backup before manually downgrading because older versions do not understand the multi-person library.

Verification
Source regressions cover names, gallery persistence, legacy migration, per-person deletion, exact image-byte preservation, corrupt-thumbnail/index recovery, gameplay, collision, heads and UI/audio. The exported Windows package passed campaign and real offline helper/Forward+ profile-library smoke tests. The ZIP's 397 members were independently hashed against the tested release folder. Physical-controller testing and broad minimum-spec certification are not claimed.

PS4 controllers use an existing working DS4Windows configuration with virtual
Xbox 360 / XInput output. Keyboard and mouse also work. Controller software and
drivers are not included. The executable is for Windows PCs, not PlayStation
consoles. This Forward+ build needs compatible Vulkan graphics hardware/drivers;
it has been verified on an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, not a broad minimum-spec matrix.
Verify your download
The SHA-256 for the ZIP is:
C71E46AEF9EE0F274409E756B5A5806D2F8EF0EB1E9F07B14CCCAB949AA5E3E7
The included SHA256SUMS.txt records this same value. For an independent Windows
check, PowerShell's Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 can calculate the downloaded
file's hash. The application is unsigned and Windows may display a reputation
warning. Verify its source/hash and scan it; do not disable Windows security.
Current notes
Two reported cosmetic issues are queued for the next build, not changed here:
the blue dot above the tiny Kyles and the middle upgrade's focus appearance.
The download is the unchanged tested v0.11.0 release. Physical PS4-controller
playtesting on each friend's own setup remains necessary.
Game/third-party asset notices are included in the download's licenses folder.
