TechSavvy Arena v2.2.0 - Distinct Worlds
TechSavvy Arena v2.2.0 - Distinct Worlds
Six connected facilities. Thirty encounters. One very familiar face.
What's new
- Rebuilt multi-room, multi-floor locations: foundry machinery and gantries, transit platforms and dispatch rooms, glass laboratories, flooded research and upper archives, open Sky Docks, and reactor galleries.
- A top-center compass follows the next walkable route corner, alongside written mission hints and upstairs/downstairs cues.
- Physical levers, breakers, valves and security controls show objective completion through movement and nearby power, water or door changes.
- Redesigned Wardens, Carriers and champions have more distinct silhouettes and telegraphed attacks.
- R3/right-stick click performs melee. Shift holds sprint by default, with an optional keyboard toggle; L3 retains toggle sprint.
- Enemy/projectile reuse, staggered cosmetic animation, cleaner settings-slider saves, and combat/death/checkpoint regression fixes.
The five guns, eight uncapped upgrade benefits, difficulty choices, eighteen offline tracks and local face-profile library remain available.
Start playing
- Download TechSavvy-Arena-v2.2.0.zip.
- Extract the entire folder into a new location. Do not run the executable from inside the ZIP.
- Run TechSavvyArena.exe. Keep its PCK and FacePersonalizer folder beside it.
Windows 10/11, 64-bit. Single-player and offline; no account required. Keyboard/mouse and controller input are supported, including the existing DS4Windows virtual Xbox path for PS4 controllers. R3 was verified through simulated InputMap input; this release is not a new physical-controller/reconnect certification.
Updating and privacy
Keep your previous game folder and back up progress before switching versions. v2.0/v2.1 campaign progress remains supported; obsolete map positions relocate to safe v2.2 anchors while retaining progression and upgrades. v1.x and earlier use separate local storage and are not automatically imported. Separate installation folders do not necessarily provide separate save slots.
Face personalization stays local. Public examples use Kyle; private player/family photos and saved profiles are not included in the download.
Performance and remaining limits
On the RTX 4060 Laptop test machine at 1080p/Balanced, six moving guardian-room samples with fourteen live enemies averaged 40-49 FPS. Artificial same-frame spawning/grenade stress averaged 25-32 FPS, with substantial brief hitches. This is not a locked-60-FPS release, a full-campaign benchmark, a controlled before/after speedup, or a universal hardware guarantee.
Some large boss bodies remain dark, and tall faces can overlap the top HUD at close range. Graphics are actual stylized game models, not illustration-identical photorealism. The executable is unsigned; do not disable Windows security to play.
The exact packaged campaign, isolated-disk Continue, all 24 creature forms, six shipped lightmaps, offline photo tool and final ZIP membership/hashes passed automated release checks. Screenshots on the website distinguish staged real-engine scenes from studio-lit native-model portraits.
