Backup and Restore

Use Backup & Restore → Export Full Backup. It includes the database, photos, receipts, manuals, and managed uploads.

Use Restore Full Backup to validate and restore that archive. Keep a copy on another drive or storage service.

Release installers preserve the existing data folder during updates. Still create a full backup before upgrading.
