Summary

This PR fixes tmux-monitor behavior by making PanePreview use a tailscale-aware hostConfig.

When Tailscale is in use, resolving/connecting through the standard host configuration could target the wrong endpoint or fail in preview flows. This change ensures PanePreview follows the same Tailscale-aware host resolution path.

What changed

• Updated PanePreview to use tailscale-aware hostConfig
• Aligned preview host selection with Tailscale networking expectations
• Preserved existing behavior for non-Tailscale setups

Why

tmux-monitor previews should connect consistently regardless of whether the host is reached over regular network paths or Tailscale. This removes a mismatch in host resolution logic that could cause preview failures or incorrect targeting.

• Verified pane preview works in a non-Tailscale environment (no behavior regression)
• Verified pane preview works when Tailscale is enabled
• Verified tmux-monitor can open/refresh previews reliably in both modes
• Smoke-tested related monitor flows for host selection side effects

• Scoped to host configuration selection in PanePreview
• Primary risk is unintended host selection changes in edge networking setups
• Mitigated by validating both Tailscale and non-Tailscale paths
