TOBI v0.3.0

Board expansion release for TOBI, built from commit 8180cc5.

Highlights

  • Adds BeaglePlay support with the beagleplay-ti Yocto machine.
  • Adds TMDS64EVM / AM64x GP EVM catalog detection.
  • Updates the shared AM64 image to include both k3-am642-sk.dtb and k3-am642-evm.dtb.
  • Updates the embedded TOBI catalog to match the GitHub-hosted catalog.
  • Adds BeaglePlay TI Processor SDK Linux and Armbian Community catalog entries.
  • Keeps the ARM64 TOBI binary and Yocto package version aligned at 0.3.0.
