Release v1.0

Initial release. Originally planned in 2022-2023 and implemented for the most part until a true block where automating the network interface up/down process found to be unfeasible and killed development efforts. After trying to find a solution for the past few years on and off I decided to release it without that piece of functionality as it ends up being some sort of RPC call and not a syscall. Manual intervention still required but beats having to manually input the IP address every time.
