Bionic Proton/GE layers — versionCode-2 delivery copies (font-cap 32768)

versionCode-2 delivery copies of the arm64ec (bionic) Proton / GE-Proton layers.

These are byte-for-byte the same builds as the pristine CI release build-bionic-layers-20260830-fontcap (Android fixes · DirectAudio 1.3.1 · realized-font-handle cap 32768), with a single metadata change: each wcp's root profile.json versionCode is bumped 1 → 2.

Why: the app keys a layer's install directory on the wcp's internal versionName-versionCode. Bumping the internal code to 2 gives these builds a distinct <versionName>-2 install slot that coexists with any previously-installed <versionName>-1, so an existing install is offered the new build instead of colliding with the old directory.

Binaries identical: the wine tree — including win32u.so — is unchanged from the proton-wine release build. Verified per file: the decompressed tar differs from the original by exactly one byte (the versionCode digit). The pristine versionCode-1 assets remain attached to the proton-wine release.

Assets — 16 layers: GE-Proton 11.0-6 / 11.0-5 / 11.0-3 / 10.0-34 and Proton 11.0-1 / 11.0-2 (arm64ec + x86_64) / 10.0-4, each sdk28 (4 KB pages) and sdk35 (16 KB pages).
