Superseded by #86, which takes the cosign-installer v4.1.2 bump and pins the cosign CLI to v2.5.2. A blind v4 bump would move the CLI to v3.0.6, which removed the sign-blob --output-signature/--output-certificate flags the release signing step relies on — silently dropping .sig/.pem signatures on releases.
