Wattson 2.5

• See everything your charger offers, not just its fixed voltages. Expand the charger's card and an "Also offers" row now lists PPS and AVS ranges, e.g. "PPS 5–21 V up to 4.75 A". These are decoded from the raw USB PD source capabilities. Wattson shows the list only when it provably belongs to the charger plugged in now, because macOS keeps old chargers' offers around after they're unplugged. --dump prints the same lines, and --json has the full list as pdSourceCapabilities.
