This release corrects Add Account so it matches the normal Codex authentication experience.

  • Add Account opens OpenAI secure browser sign-in through codex login
  • Email, password, SSO and MFA stay on OpenAI pages
  • Each saved account has an isolated CODEX_HOME with file-scoped Codex credentials
  • Accounts are added to the dropdown only after login succeeds
  • Selecting an account disconnects the old active app-server and starts the chosen profile
  • Codex Meter never reads, stores or receives raw passwords or verification codes

The liquid-glass styling, savings display and milestone animations from v1.3 remain included.
