Upload attachments through Water Cooler

Users should be able to take a file on their local machine and upload it into Water Cooler. Once in Water Cooler it is attached to a conversation where participants of that conversation (and participants of folders the convo is in) can view and comment on it.

Search through Water Cooler messages and conversation titles

Users should be able to enter queries into a form in Water Cooler and get back messages whose text and conversations whose title matches those queries. They should be able to follow links to individual messages and conversations from that view.

• Fulfills The Dev Shop's need to talk about past projects.

Handle inbound email from unknown users

Users should be able to publish an email address mapped to a Water Cooler folder, and when Water Cooler receives email from previously-unknown users to that address, we create whatever records are necessary to allow our users to communicate with these new people.
