Water Cooler Phase 1 - Get real users doing real things

Design Goals:

Users can communicate with other WC users elegantly
Users can communicate with non-WC users adequately
Shared Folders provide a way to receive messages at a shared, non-person location (This should work for WC and non-WC contacts)
