Fab Mask 1.4.1

Fixed

• Pixelate rendered white in Safari: WebKit resolves explicit x/y coordinates of SVG filter
  primitives on HTML elements in a different coordinate space, so the mosaic's sampling grid ended
  up outside the element. The filter now uses only width/height crops (dot → cell → tile →
  dilate → offset) and renders identically in Blink and WebKit; a test checks both engines.

• Safari preview build (npm run build:safari, built in CI) and Safari install notes, including
  the "Always Show Toolbar in Full Screen" setting for presentation mode.

Fab Mask 1.4.0

• Firefox support (Firefox 142+): the build derives a Firefox manifest from the Chrome/Edge one
  (event-page background, Gecko ID fab-mask@thetrustedadvisor, data-collection declaration
  "none") and produces fab-mask-<version>-firefox.zip, attached to every release.
• The code uses the promise-based browser.* namespace where available; closed shadow roots are
  reached via element.openOrClosedShadowRoot() in Firefox.
• CI runs Mozilla's add-on linter (web-ext lint) and a smoke test in a real Firefox.

  masked everywhere in the portal (descriptions, lineage, search …). Listed on the options page,
  removable individually or all at once. New category "Learned person names" (on by default).
• Tooltip masking: native title tooltips of masked elements, and tooltips containing
  sensitive values, are masked; originals are restored when switched off.
• Curtain (Alt+Shift+B or popup): covers all Fabric tabs with a neutral overlay.
