RiverWise v0.1.1

Initial public release of RiverWise, a Home Assistant dashboard card for NOAA/NWS National Water Prediction Service gauges.

RiverWise displays current river, lake, reservoir, tailwater, and flood gauge conditions using the NWPS API, including observed stage, flow where available, trend, forecast crest, flood category awareness, and a hydrograph with observed and forecast data.

Notes

Forecast data is not available for every NWPS gauge. RiverWise will still display observed data when forecast data is missing.
