This release fixes the UK Environment Agency station dropdown regression from v0.2.3 and improves UK station selection behavior.

- Fixed UK station lists not loading after stricter station filtering
- UK dropdown now keeps stations that have a real level measure with a real unit

- Disabled placeholder rows like “Load station list” so they cannot behave like fake selectable stations
