RiverWise v0.2.1

This release polishes RiverWise for public HACS/custom repository testing and brings the repo structure closer to TideWise.

Highlights

  • Added full README documentation with screenshots, install steps, configuration examples, provider notes, troubleshooting, safety, and privacy sections
  • Added HACS-ready metadata and info.md
  • Added CHANGELOG.md, license files, beta tester checklist, project insights, and HACS submission notes
  • Added GitHub issue templates for install reports, feature requests, and confirmed working gauges
  • Added frontend syntax-check GitHub Action
  • Added US NOAA/NWS NWPS and UK Environment Agency YAML examples
  • Removed US-only HACS country metadata now that RiverWise supports both US and UK providers

Notes

RiverWise remains beta software. US NOAA/NWS NWPS gauges can show observed and forecast hydrographs where available. UK Environment Agency support currently renders observed readings only because the EA flood-monitoring API does not provide the same NWPS-style forecast crest feed.
