RiverWise v0.2.7

This release fixes RiverWise repository metadata so GitHub and HACS can validate the project cleanly.

Highlights

  • Switched RiverWise to the MIT License
  • Updated package.json to use the recognized MIT SPDX license value
  • Replaced the old non-commercial license text with a GitHub-recognized MIT LICENSE file
  • Removed the separate commercial license file to avoid conflicting license signals
  • Added HACS country metadata for the currently supported providers: US and GB
  • Confirmed HACS validation passes on main and the v0.2.7 tag

Notes

RiverWise remains beta software.

US NOAA/NWS NWPS gauges can show observed and forecast hydrographs where available.

UK Environment Agency support currently renders observed readings only because the EA flood-monitoring API does not provide the same NWPS-style forecast crest feed.

Use HACS as a custom Dashboard repository:
