Windows fullscreen correction

  • Uses borderless fullscreen on Windows rather than Chromium's native fullscreen transition, targeting duplicate Alt+Tab thumbnails.
  • Removes the File/Edit/View menu on Windows and Linux.
  • Restores the previous window size and maximized state on exit; retains window controls, F11, and Escape.

Validation: production build and three VOD tests passed. The fullscreen smoke test uses moving synthetic video and checks window identity, bounds restoration, repeated requests, and maximized-state restoration. A visual Windows Alt+Tab check showed one test-app entry after repeated switching, while the installed v0.1.24 application's existing duplicates remained separately visible. The test runtime logged GPU startup failures, so hardware-decoded provider playback remains to be verified in the packaged build.

Close the previous version before launching this update. Updating does not itself clear existing Windows task-switcher entries belonging to an already-running older process.
