v2.0.0: Apple III driver for DAN][ Controller card
Fixes compatibility with the latest DAN][ Controller firmware.
The firmware now always evaluates the "Apple II(I) slot" bits in the commands' unit field. The previous driver version didn't set these - which doesn't match what the DAN][ Controller cards expects. This version of the driver now works with DAN][ Controller cards - no matter if older or newer firmware was used.
