Improvements

• Improved boot menu
  • Now supports up to 128 volumes per SD card - 256 volumes in total.
  • Volumes are displayed in pages of 16 volumes per SD card - just like before. Use the cursor keys to move left and right to flip volume pages.

• The update affects the boot program: the boot/configuration disk or the VOLA3... menu file for the DAN][ Controller. The latter needs to be stored on the first SD card of the controller (as VOLA3_....po).
• Using more than 16 volumes/SD card also requires an updated DAN][ Controller firmware (see here - version 3.4.0 or newer).
• No changes to the driver itself.

Fixes

• Corrected checksum in the optional custom Apple /// ROM.
