The vignettes introduces in #357 and #358 introduced use the simplermarkdown vignette engine, this PR extends its use to the three vignettes previously using knitr, rmarkdown (for processing) and minidown for styling. The main gain is a smaller build-time footprint.
It also updates one test in a recently added test expression which needs to check for TileDB 2.4.0 or later.
