The R bindings strive to support a wide range of TileDB Embedded versions and test this (if informally). Supporting more versions is a net positive but comes at a small cost of enlarging the code base somewhat. Therefore, somewhat regular (if infrequent) updates to the minimum standard are appropriate.
The last such update was for TileDB 2.0.0 in PR #313 along with release 2.10.
This PR rolls the required minimum version of TileDB Embedded to version 2.7.0 released March 1, 2022.
No new code, no new tests.
