TinManX1 v2026.06.27.2

TinManX1 native FibreSeek planner route-floor correction.

Changes:

• Corrects the misunderstood minimum continuous-fiber route floor from 90 mm to 55 mm.
• Removes the derived cut_distance + 2 * start_length route filter that kept candidate routes effectively pinned to the old 90 mm assumption.
• Keeps cutter/feed load separate: emitted M1001 L... still uses route length plus cut distance.
• Updates smoke coverage to prove 56 mm pocket routes and a 68.92 mm legal small-hole route pass.
• Updates public docs, audit notes, and the source patch package.
