TinManX1 package identity and release hardening.

- Keeps Orca Slicer 2.4.2 attribution and compatibility.
- Includes the Bambu high-flow filament catalog and FibreSeek planner work from the current release branch.
Validated x64 and ARM64 Windows installers are attached. The universal macOS DMG contains native x86_64 and arm64 binaries and bundle ID com.tinmanfp.TinManX1.
The macOS build is currently unsigned because no Apple Developer ID certificate is configured for this project. macOS may require Control-click > Open on first launch. Published SHA-256 checksums are in SHA256SUMS.txt.

This release splits Bambu H2D and X1C high-flow filament contracts, normalizes exact-match Codex profiles against Bambu Studio 2.7.1, preserves manufacturer-specific analog recipes, and applies active chamber targets only to capable printers and qualifying materials.

- TinManX1_Mac_arm64_v2026.08.04-bambu-hf-filaments.1.dmg is the exact arm64 app bundle built, installed, and launch-tested on the development Mac.
- Universal macOS and Windows packages are being built from the same commit and will be added to this release when their hosted jobs complete.
The current Mac package is ad-hoc signed rather than Apple-notarized. On a new Mac, use Finder Open from the context menu if Gatekeeper requests confirmation.

- Fixes the Snapmaker Device tab path where Snapmaker could show the Qidi filament dialog instead of Snapmaker-loaded filaments.

Credits
TinManX1 is based on Orca Slicer by SoftFever and inherits work from the broader Slic3r, PrusaSlicer, and Bambu Studio lineage. This release also credits the Arc Overhang, Wave Overhangs, Klipper, Moonraker, and 3D-printing research communities. FibreSeek workflow requirements, testing direction, and release ownership are by William Tinney / Tinman-FP, with OpenAI Codex credited for engineering assistance, implementation support, documentation, verification tooling, and review.
Rocket/FibreSeek behavior was used as private interoperability evidence for command sequencing, profile comparison, and hardware constraints. Proprietary Rocket/FibreSeek assets, databases, UI strings, private G-code exports, and private validation data are not redistributed.

This alpha package is based on Orca Slicer 2.4.0 and includes the current TinManX1 native continuous-fiber planning work, FibreSeek Seeker 3 profile package, G-code comparison/audit tooling, and public attribution notes.
This is a pre-release. Treat it as experimental until it has been validated on real FibreSeek hardware.

Known Limits
- This is an alpha FibreSeek release, not a certified machine profile.
- Real-printer qualification is still required before relying on generated continuous-fiber G-code for production parts.
- The Windows portable package is branded and organized as TinManX1, but the internal Windows executable is still named
orca-slicer.exe; full internal executable renaming is a follow-up branding task. - The macOS package is an unsigned/not-notarized alpha zip. macOS Gatekeeper may require the usual user approval flow on first launch.
- No proprietary Rocket/FibreSeek assets, binaries, database exports, private printer credentials, or private validation data are redistributed in this release.

Release validation caught two profile/planner-safety issues before adoption:
- the 0.6+0.7 FibreSeek profiles could inherit a bridge line width larger than the plastic nozzle
- medium/heavy profiles grouped two routes under one cut window, which could leave U-axis fiber advance after a cut

Release validation after upload found FibreSeek profile safety issues in the first alpha checkpoint:
- a 0.6+0.7 process profile could inherit an invalid bridge line width
- medium/heavy profiles used grouped route cuts before grouped-route emission had a mechanically safe cut/load model
Use alpha.1 instead. This release remains only as a public audit trail.
TinManX1 v2026.06.27.2
TinManX1 native FibreSeek planner route-floor correction.
Changes:
- Corrects the misunderstood minimum continuous-fiber route floor from 90 mm to 55 mm.
- Removes the derived
cut_distance + 2 * start_lengthroute filter that kept candidate routes effectively pinned to the old 90 mm assumption. - Keeps cutter/feed load separate: emitted
M1001 L...still uses route length plus cut distance. - Updates smoke coverage to prove 56 mm pocket routes and a 68.92 mm legal small-hole route pass.
