This release publishes the latest TinManX1 device-sync and Snapmaker profile fixes from commit f2f6dac9106baf7601104ea938cb69e00cb590af.

Highlights

  • Fixes TinManX1 filament sync routing so the selected machine uses its own pull-mode printer agent.
  • Fixes the Snapmaker Device tab path where Snapmaker could show the Qidi filament dialog instead of Snapmaker-loaded filaments.
  • Improves Snapmaker filament mapping by reading saved UI filament labels and converting material labels such as Fiberon PET-CF to usable preset material types.
  • Improves Qidi Plus 4 filament matching by validating raw slot filament IDs against the requested material type before accepting them.
  • Improves Moonraker/Snapmaker machine identity matching so device state is associated with the intended physical printer profile.
  • Adds the Snapmaker U1 mixed-nozzle system preset for 0.6+0.4 with T0 as 0.6 mm and T1/T2/T3 as 0.4 mm.
  • Adds a matching 0.20 Standard @Snapmaker U1 (0.6+0.4 nozzle) process profile using percentage-based line widths so line widths scale by tool nozzle diameter.
  • Updates the TinManX1 splash revision to v2026.07.28-sync.1.

Validation

  • Release build completed successfully on macOS arm64.
  • /Applications/TinManX1.app was updated locally, re-signed, and codesign --verify --deep --strict passed.
  • Installed binary contains TinManX1 Revision v2026.07.28-sync.1.
  • Affected Qidi and Snapmaker profile JSON files validate.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Quick staged secret-pattern scan found no matches.

Notes

  • This release currently publishes the source/update signal on GitHub. CI/notarized binary packages can be added later if needed.
  • Users building from source should use branch tinmanx1-v2.4.2-rebase at commit f2f6dac9106baf7601104ea938cb69e00cb590af or newer.
