Big Bugfixes
New in this release:
- Removed texture coordinate hack and its
Tkeybinding - Finally fixed texture stretching and coordinate bugs.
- Fix stretching at different aspect ratios, which I apparently broke at some point
- Fixed horizontal panning being way too sensitive on very wide textures, and vice versa with very tall textures
Bug Fixes & Internal cleanup
- Fixed zoom being relative to the image instead of the screen center
- Fixed some strange panning behaviour by implementing an actual camera
- Implemented a hacky fix for very wide textures being stretched. This might make very narrow/tall textures render wrong, so you can press
Tto toggle it on or off.
DDS Support & Embedded Shaders
New in this release:
- GLSL shaders are embedded into the executable, so it can be run anywhere, on any file.
- DDS files can now be loaded instead of raw image buffers. The program will use the DDS settings as the initial texture format (uncompressed channel count always starts as 4, for now). This makes it easy to find what the format of a broken DDS should be.
- A message is now printed after saving the current view to a DDS. These messages are printed above the persistent status message.
Note: The Windows EXE may require Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable to be installed.
First Release
First release. See readme for keybinds & such. Make sure the GLSL files are in the same folder as the file you're dragging onto the program, otherwise it will crash.
