CLI Flag perf
Status: 📋 Planned (#56) — accepted but has no effect yet
Report performance metrics.
transf-orm --perf <command> ...The flag is parsed and stored in GlobalConfig::perf (crates/core/src/config.rs), but
neither mode reads it yet. Its behavior is implemented by #56, which will complete this page.
