CLI Flag tts
Status: 📋 Planned (#57) — accepted but has no effect yet
Read CLI feedback aloud (text-to-speech).
transf-orm --tts <command> ...The flag is parsed and stored in GlobalConfig::tts (crates/core/src/config.rs), but
neither mode reads it yet. Its behavior is implemented by #57, which will complete this page.
