Release candidate 5 for BATH 2.0 with new spliced alignments, SIMD implementations for frameshift-aware dynamic programming, and improvements to both sensitivity and specificity. Changes to this release candidate include:

  1. Add two new tools: bathalign and bathemit.
  2. Change default bathbuild behavior to not calculate frameshift statistics. Requires --fs for frameshift statistics.
  3. Fix bugs in CIGAR string output.
  4. Add new tests to testsuite.
  5. Update tutorial.
