Changes:

• Unclaimed servers can now be claimed at any time from the dashboard
• It is now possible to update a server's fingerprint via the list command
  • This allows for resetting servers without having to completely remove and re-add them
• The dashboard now displays the build version that the server is running

Fixes:

• Attempting to claim a server that is already claimed now generates a clearer error message
