Forms usually give two limits for a photo or signature: the dimensions (pixels or cm) and the file size (KB). Check both on the form before you start.
- Open Resize Image to KB & Pixels.
- Upload the photo.
- Pick the preset Photo 200×230 px · 20-50 KB, or type your own width, height, Min size and Max size.
- Leave Crop to fill selected so the face isn't stretched.
- Click Resize & compress. A green tick means the file is within both limits.
If the form gives the size in cm (for example 3.5×4.5 cm at 200 DPI), switch the unit to cm and type the DPI. ANURUP converts it to pixels and writes the DPI into the JPG.
- Open Passport Size Photo Maker and upload a front-facing photo.
- Pick the size. 35×45 mm is used in India, the UK and for Schengen visas, 2×2 inch in the US.
- Drag the photo and use Zoom until the head sits inside the orange oval and the eyes are near the dashed line.
- Choose a background fill. If the photo has a busy background, run it through Remove Image Background first.
- Click Generate passport photo. Turn on the 4×6 inch sheet to print several copies on photo paper at 100% scale.
If the form also has a KB limit, click Continue with → Resize to size & KB on the result.
- Sign with a black or blue pen on plain white paper. Take a photo in good light, straight on.
- Open Signature Cleaner and upload it. The result updates as you change settings.
- Choose Black ink and a White (JPG) background for most forms. Move the threshold slider if thin strokes vanish.
- Click Continue with → Resize to size & KB, pick the Signature 140×60 px · 10-20 KB preset (or type the form's numbers) and resize.
- Open Remove Image Background and upload the photo.
- Click Remove background. The first run downloads the AI model, so it takes longer.
- Pick White (or light blue, red, any colour, or transparent). Switching colours afterwards is instant.
- Open Compress Image to KB and add all the images.
- Choose Target size (KB), type the limit and pick JPG.
- Click Compress, then Download all (.zip).
