Resolves #1224
Implemented new Unsupported Parameters Exception class to warn users of unsupported parameter selections for the locations catalog.
TIMESERIES_CATEGORY_LIKE,
TIMESERIES_GROUP_LIKE,
EXCLUDE_EMPTY, and
INCLUDE_EXTENTS
Updated Catalog Controller Integration tests to cover new exception.
