Welcome to the CurveMorph wiki!

This is Fiji plugin to morph (or interpolate) 2D curve/line ROIs
and build kymographs along them.
It works with virtual stacks, multi-color images, timelapses, etc.

Developed in Cell Biology group of Utrecht University.
