How to cite

We do not have a separate paper for this plugin.

Therefore, there are two ways to do it, depending on a journal policy (substitute X.X.X to the version you've used):

  1. Preferably, you can use Zenodo DOI for the link to the specific release:

Katrukha E. 2026, CurveMorph plugin for Fiji, vX.X.X, Zenodo, doi:10.5281/zenodo.20665374

  1. Alternatively, you can cite it by providing a direct link to the code, pointing out the version, like this:

"kymographs were built using CurveMorph v.X.X.X plugin for Fiji (https://github.com/UU-cellbiology/CurveMorph)."

and specify the parameters used.
