Standing up against Google's action to make sideloading harder

Some of you have read it without a doubt: in 2027, Google will start making it harder for users to sideload applications (you download them outside the regular app stores, as an APK). There's so much wrong regarding this rule, and there's a lot of commotion about it. Luckily, a large community started KeepAndroidOpen, where you can read about all the answers on the questions you may have after reading this post (e.g. "why is this a problem? I'm not a developer."). We as UAD-ng think control about your device and privacy protection is very important, otherwise we'd have never continued 0x192's project! That's the reason why we also decided to write a short post regarding Google's decision to further restrict freedom as a user.

Furthermore, there's a petition on-going by the community including KeepAndroidOpen on Change.com, see https://www.change.org/p/keep-android-open-stop-google-from-limiting-apk-file-usage. Please, if you want/can, sign it. Make sure you don't use fake info (yes, I know, it somehow 'hurts' and sounds contrasting/conflicting a bit to use real information for freedom/privacy), but I'm making an exception for this voting/project. Everyone

• Install F-Droid on every Android device you own. Alternative stores only survive if people actually use them.
• Contact your regulators. Regulators worldwide are genuinely concerned about monopolies and the centralization of power in the tech sector, and want to hear directly from individuals who are affected and concerned.
• Share this page. Link to keepandroidopen.org everywhere.
• Push back on astroturfers. The "well, actually..." crowd is out in force. Don't let them set the narrative.
• Sign the change.org petition and join the over 100,000 signatories who have made their voices heard.
• Read and share our open letter
• Tell Google what you think of this through their own developer verification survey (for all the good that will do).

Developers

• Do not sign up. Don't join the program by signing up for the Android Developer Console and agreeing to their irrevocable Terms and Conditions. Don't verify your identity. Don't play ball.
• Talk other developers and organizations out of signing up.
• Add the FreeDroidWarn library to your apps to warn users.
• Run a website? Add the countdown banner.

I have already crashed the Operating System on my old Samsung Galaxy J1 J100H by atempting rooting.And rooting and unlocking bootloader is completely primitive obsolete unnecesary since Android 9.Rooting and unlocking the bootloader custom roms and kernels was only necesary in time Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread and LG Optimus L3 E400.Now we have AIML Adaptive for all we did a very long time ago.Ours is just to enjoy the ride and let the AIML Adaptive do all the hard and dirty work for us.Everytime I do the Shizuku and FDE AI LADB and Omarea Scene I regreat it.Everytime I wish I didn't cursing the developers and blaming them and punishing them with hard imposible demands and requests ideas visions and etc.They are calling me Traveler Through Time.From bringing them ideas and visions from the Future.
