Follow Official Zabbix Docker Github for release notes v7.0.7

Please note the Ubuntu based docker image does not yet support PostgreSQL 17 since the client package in the 24.04 (Noble) repository only supports up to 16. The Alpine based docker image supports v17 as of zabbix docker image v7.0.7 since the docker build explicitly installs the updated version from the default alpine repository
