Glasscalibur uses a very simple API for controlling and reporting the position.

The device uses percentages to control the position. 100 percent is completely open and 0 percent is closed.

Technical Details: During the initial setup, Glasscalibur uses its two hall effect sensors to measure the number of steps required to open and close the device. The total number of steps is converted into percentages with 100 percent being the max number of steps that it counted during setup.

Open a new browser window and copy the "Move to Position" endpoint into your browser. Change the percent value to percent=50 like this:

Your device should move halfway to the middle.

Now enter the "Check Settings" endpoint into your browser

You should see the following which lets you know that it's 50 percent open.
