Safety

Final Submit is user-only. Login, CAPTCHA, MFA, legal or sensitive questions, ambiguous routes, and unknown state stop for the user. Unknown external results are never retried automatically.

Validation

The frozen candidate passed 401 Python tests, 8 browser/UI suites, public tree and history scans, deterministic archive verification, and independent release QA.
