[BUG] VIVE Pro Headset audio stops working after launching SteamVR

Describe the bug
After launching SteamVR the headphones in the headset stop working until I unplug and replug it to the link box.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Test audio through headset with pavucontrol (audio works)
2. Launch SteamVR or any SteamVR game
3. Audio gargles and stops.
4. Stop SteamVR (audio still doesn't work)
5. Unplug headset from link box.
6. Audio device disappears from pavucontrol
7. Plug headset back in to link box.
8. Audio now works again.

Expected behavior
Headset audio continues working after starting SteamVR

It's started working again. Possibly fixed by solving my other issue, or by updates to SteamVR or my OS.
