Tabs light up when they need you: a coloured dot in the sidebar or bar,
or the coloured number in the collapsed sidebar. Green: a command that ran
10 seconds or longer finished; red: it failed; yellow: a program rang the
bell or asked for a notification (OSC 9, 777, and 99, which Claude Code
can send). Looking at the tab clears it. While the window is in the
background, bunker also shows a desktop notification; clicking it opens
that tab. Exit codes come from shell integration (OSC 133); without it,
bunker notices when the shell gets the terminal back. Settings are under [notify] and in Preferences > Terminal.
Fixed
Backspace, Enter, and Tab send their usual bytes to programs that turn on
the kitty keyboard protocol's basic mode, as the protocol says; only
programs that ask for every key as an escape code get escape codes for
them. Backspace sent an escape code before, which some programs did not
take as Backspace, and a shell left behind by a program that crashed with
the mode on lost Enter.
bunker config set created no file when the config did not exist yet and
the value equalled the default.
