Place Holocron.exe into the data folder of a Workshop or local Empire at war mod.
Place Tilotny.exe into a subfolder of the data folder (e.g. data/Tilotny/TilotnyStudio.exe)

v0.2 Changelog

Tilotny:
Units may be copied to a specified file (optionally new), including deep copies that allow stats to be independently edited
Modid may be ignored so all Tilotny mods may be selected to any source stack
Removed GetExtentPath and any issues that may have caused when loading a mod stack of more than one mod
Mods can be copied

Shared:
TGA files can be loaded, not just bitmaps claiming to be TGA
Loading screen is no longer top level to avoid interfering with other programs while loading
Main form is disabled when loading a mod stack
Lua fighters are loaded for public mods, not just dev (Fighters and Spawn_Units fields are checked)
Errors in unit files give an error and skip the file instead of hard crashing

Holocron:
XML sound data may be seen and previewed
Rearranged planet page, added several more options to sort by map
All unit panels may be collapsed and expanded
Attempting to load a multiplayer GC will no longer crash
Added map mode to GC to see shared map usages
Added button to open a unit's source file

Tilotny:
May now load any collection of stacking mods as a base
Hardcoded pats moved to debugpaths config file
Added loading screen to unit page
Structures can now load any element name: filters out several false positives this introduces
Modid used instead of mod folder name to detect main EaWX version
May view heroes
May filter out skirmish/mission...

Shared:
Reduced (hopefully eliminated) usage of global entities to prepare for 2 mod sets being loaded in Tilotny
Captured units added as a filter type
Fixed pulse count of builtins to be 1 when undefined
Fixed blast radius loading when damage was nonzero

Holocron:
Added optional trade route rendering
Added configurable area damage multiplier for DPS calcs
Fixed data files menu when using launch arguments
History is no longer duplicated when changing sort/filter
Lua fighter hosts are limited to selected affiliations when affiliations are selected
Selecting planet/GC pictureboxes selects the closes planet in the listbox
