v2.0.1 — archival release
Archival release. No code changes from v2.0 — the same commit (f955b6f).
This release exists to deposit BrainTrap in Zenodo and mint a DOI. The Zenodo integration was enabled after v2.0 was published and does not backfill earlier releases, so a new release is required to archive the code.
BrainTrap is a database of 3D protein expression patterns in the Drosophila brain, built from protein-trap lines generated by the Cambridge Protein Trap project. It was developed at the School of Informatics, University of Edinburgh, and is now archived and maintained by Virtual Fly Brain at https://braintrap.virtualflybrain.org/
The 501 BrainTrap line images are also served through VFB against the JFRC2 adult brain template as the Knowles_Barley2010 dataset.
