Ishtaria Client v0.2.0

Test release for the author of the story. Connect to the demo world at https://ishtaria.vitexsoftware.com/api (server 0.2.x).

What's new

• New character creation: all looks not worn by story NPCs, including the 14 Quaternius characters (pick a pack, then a look)
• Spoken English and Czech dialogue lines in the End Land story (datadisk 0.6.0)
• Farm and wild animals walking about, butchering and milking; animals now sized in proportion to the player
• Quest compass and quest markers
• The client checks the server version and refuses an incompatible server (minimum 0.1.0)

• ishtaria-client_0.2.0_amd64.deb: Debian/Ubuntu x86-64 (the supported way to install)
• ishtaria-client.linux-x86_64, ishtaria-client.linux-arm64: standalone Linux builds
• ishtaria-client.windows-x86_64.exe, ishtaria-client.macos.zip: untested and not code-signed; expect a system warning
