Suggested walkthrough

1. Start with a GET request and a role that can read all non-sensitive fields.
2. Change the role and observe which fields or rows disappear or are rejected.
3. Add a $user-based ownership condition.
4. Try a mutation whose $data violates a policy.
5. Compare an independent QUERY phase with a TRANSACTION phase.
