Browse the complete global board without getting stuck at a 100-message history boundary.

Fixes

• Continuous board history navigation. Arrow keys, j/k, and the mouse wheel
  load the next or previous page when scrolling reaches a page boundary. Wrapped
  messages remain readable before navigation advances.
• Fresh forward pagination. Scrolling down and PageDown discover messages
  posted while live following is paused. Arrow and wheel navigation remain in
  history mode; End or f returns to live following.
