VulnRadar is GPL-3.0 and runs on your own infrastructure with no plan limits; the entire detection engine is in this repo.

Requirements: Node.js 22+ and PostgreSQL. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL to your own domain so canonical URLs, emails, and reports point at your instance. Billing is optional and off by default.
