v0.1.1: migrate from pyifcb to ifcbkit

Replace pyifcb dependency with ifcbkit (https://github.com/WHOIGit/ifcbkit),
a lean modern library for parsing and accessing IFCB raw data.

Changes:

• cli.py: use ifcbkit.sync_list_data_dirs + SyncIfcbDataDirectory.list() for
  bin discovery; entry dicts replace fileset objects
• datasets.py: replace ifcb.open_raw/open_url with direct file reads +
  ifcbkit.bin_images(); HTTP URL support removed (local paths only)
• datasets_torch.py: remove InfilledImages/SCHEMA_VERSION_1 (stitching now
  automatic via bin_images()); iter_binfilesets yields entry dicts; iter
  reads .adc/.roi bytes directly to avoid redundant directory searches;
  PIL Images from ifcbkit consumed directly (v2.ToPILImage step dropped)
• withtorch.py: update binfilesets accessor to entry["pid"]
