Major refactor: repackaged as an installable Python package (ifcb-infer) with proper pyproject.toml, hatchling build, and pip install support.

Changes:

  • repo name change from amplify_onnx_inference to ifcb-inference
  • Restructured source into src/ifcb_infer/ package layout
  • Added CLI entrypoint: ifcb-infer (ifcb_infer.cli:main)
  • Added install options: [cpu], [cuda], [torch], [dev]
  • Added check to automatically apply softmax if needed
  • Added --skip-ensure-softmax flag to disable sofmax check
  • Added more --outfile pattern options
  • Changed ---outfile default to use model-name
  • Fixed bug on empty bins
  • Removed preload_dlls call; documented LD_LIBRARY_PATH usage
  • Updated Dockerfile and CI workflows (lint + tests)
  • Dropped requirements*.txt files in favor of pyproject.toml
